People come to
counselling for
many reasons.

Perhaps you feel depressed, angry, anxious, stressed or stifled in some way. You may have been through a painful experience or transition in your life which has left you emotionally vulnerable.

Or it may be that you just don’t feel your full and true self, and you might be stuck in patterns of being and relating that just don’t serve you any more.

For whatever reason you have found yourself here, what I can offer you is a safe, supportive and confidential space where we can explore what has brought you here together.

Say hello

The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic change.
— Irvin Yalom

How might counselling help?

Counselling can help you explore current difficulties you are experiencing. It can also be a place where we can explore the impact that past experiences and relationships may be having on your life now, and use this developing understanding to help you to grow from your experience and find new ways of connecting with your full and true self and moving forward with your life from that place of self-connection.

If you would like to see if counselling may be right for you, you can message or email me to arrange a first session or to request a short phone call where you can ask any questions you may have.
